Oetken Gongs

Oetken Gongs are made by gong master Broder Oetken. Broder has roots in the German gong making tradition through many years working at Paiste along side the renown Walter Meyer, the head gong master at Paiste for many years. Reaching beyond the standard Symphonic, Planetary, and Sound Creation style gongs, Oetken Gongs expands the Planetary gong series to include dwarf planets and other celestial beings, as well as creating the Komet gong series and paying homage to Walter Meyer with the Water gong series and others. He is also commissioned by other German companies including Meinl and Ollihess to produce gongs.
