• Gongs are handcrafted instruments - minor variations in appearance are normal and not considered defects

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. All gongs are professionally packed and fully insured during transit. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Lifetime Warranty

All gongs purchased from The Gong Shop include our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Mallets, stands, and accessories carry a 1-year warranty.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of The Gong Shop or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
